Kings Distro Inc. supplies several categories of age-restricted and regulated product to licensed trade accounts. This notice sets out what those categories are, what we require of you, and what you are responsible for. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
21 or over, trade accounts only
You must be at least 21 years of age to hold an account, to browse restricted catalogue pages, or to place an order. We sell for resale to licensed businesses. We do not sell to the general public, and we do not ship to consumers.
We may ask for licences, registrations and photo identification at any time, and we may verify them with the issuing authority. We will suspend an account where a licence has lapsed or cannot be verified.
Categories we supply
Vaping and nicotine products (ENDS)
These contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. They are for adult use only and may not be sold to anyone under 21 anywhere in the United States.
They are subject to the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and to state tobacco licensing, excise tax, registration and reporting regimes. Several states and many cities also restrict or prohibit flavoured products, restrict nicotine strength, or impose additional retail licensing. Restrictions of this kind exist in California and Massachusetts among others, and more jurisdictions adopt them each year.
Marketing authorisation status under the FDA premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) process varies by product and changes over time. We do not represent that any particular product holds marketing authorisation.
THCa and hemp-derived cannabinoid products
These are supplied as hemp products containing not more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol on a dry weight basis, consistent with the federal definition of hemp under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.
Federal legality does not mean state legality. State and local treatment of THCa and other hemp-derived cannabinoids varies enormously, is actively changing, and in several states these products are restricted or banned outright regardless of their federal status. Some states regulate by total THC rather than delta-9 THC, which changes the analysis entirely.
Certificates of analysis are available on request for the products we carry. They are produced by third-party laboratories and we pass them on as we receive them.
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa)
Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any use, and is not a dietary supplement, food additive or medicine. It must not be marketed or labelled for any therapeutic purpose.
As at the date of this notice, Kratom is prohibited at state level in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin, and is additionally banned or restricted by a number of counties and cities in states where it is otherwise lawful. Several other states have adopted Kratom Consumer Protection Acts imposing labelling, age and registration requirements.
This list is given for information only and may be out of date by the time you read it. Confirm the current position where you operate before ordering.
Novelty and general store supply
Some novelty items carry age restrictions of their own in certain jurisdictions. Snacks, drinks and general store supply are not age-restricted, but remain subject to ordinary food labelling and safety rules.
No FDA evaluation, no health claims
No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. No product we supply is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
You must not make, publish or repeat any therapeutic, medical, wellness or health claim about any product you buy from us, and you must not market these products to anyone under the legal age.
What you are responsible for
By ordering, you confirm that you will:
- hold every licence, permit, registration and bond required where you operate, and keep them current;
- verify age at the point of every retail sale and refuse sale below the legal minimum age;
- display any signage your jurisdiction requires;
- collect and remit all excise, tobacco and sales tax due;
- meet any PACT Act or state registration and reporting obligation that applies to you;
- observe all packaging, labelling, flavour and advertising restrictions where you sell;
- store and handle products safely and keep them out of reach of minors; and
- not resell into any jurisdiction where a product is restricted or prohibited.

Our right to refuse
We may refuse, cancel or cut back any order, and suspend or close any account, where we believe that supply would be unlawful, that a licence is invalid or expired, or that products are being resold into a restricted jurisdiction or to underage purchasers.
