This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every order placed by an approved trade account. It is a wholesale policy: it is not a consumer right of return, and it does not give a right to return goods that have simply not sold.
1. Check your delivery first
Inspect every shipment against the packing list when it arrives. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier paperwork before you sign. A clear signature makes a damage claim much harder to pursue, for us and for you.
2. Time limits
- Shortages, damage in transit, and goods shipped in error: 48 hours from delivery.
- Manufacturing defects not visible on inspection: 14 days from delivery.
Claims made outside these windows will normally be refused, because the carrier and the manufacturer will refuse them.
3. How to make a claim
Contact us with your invoice number, the product and quantity affected, and clear photographs of the outer carton, the packing material, and the goods themselves. For a shortage, photograph the carton as opened, before unpacking further.
We will respond with a decision and, where a return is required, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
4. No returns without an RMA
Goods sent back without an RMA number marked on the outside of the carton will be refused at our door and returned to you at your cost. This is not administrative fussiness: for regulated products we have to be able to account for the chain of custody of everything that enters our building.
5. What cannot be returned
Because of the chain-of-custody and tamper-evidence rules that apply to the categories we carry, the following are not returnable once they have left our custody:
- vaping, nicotine, THCa and Kratom products, unless they arrived damaged, defective or were shipped in error;
- any product whose seal, shrink-wrap or tamper-evident packaging has been opened;
- consumable goods past, or close to, their best-before or expiry date at the time of return;
- clearance, closeout and short-dated lines, which are sold as final sale and marked as such; and
- special orders and items brought in specifically for you.
6. Manufacturing defects
Defective goods are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will pass your claim through and support it, and where the manufacturer authorises a replacement or credit we will apply it to your account. Timescales are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
Device failures caused by misuse, incorrect charging, water damage, or by the end customer are not covered.
7. Restocking
Where we agree to accept a return of correctly supplied, unopened, non-regulated goods as a commercial courtesy, a restocking charge of up to 20% applies, and return carriage is at your cost. Goods must be in original, resaleable condition in their original cartons.
8. Refunds and credits
Once a return is received and inspected, or a claim is agreed without return, we will issue either a credit note against your account or a refund to the original payment method. Credit notes are the normal method for accounts on terms.
Refunds are processed within five business days of the claim being agreed. How quickly the money appears afterwards depends on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours: goods damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or shipped in error.
9. Refused and undeliverable shipments
Shipments refused at delivery, or returned to us because no adult was available to sign, because the address was wrong, or because the consignee was not licensed to receive them, are treated as a return. Outbound carriage, return carriage and a restocking charge may be deducted. Regulated goods returned this way may not be resaleable, in which case no credit can be given.
10. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled at no cost up to the point it is picked. Once it has been picked or dispatched, the terms above apply.
