Kings Distro Inc. (“Kings Distro”, “we”, “us”) operates vibezystore.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This Site is a wholesale trade platform intended for businesses and for adults aged 21 or over. It is not directed at consumers or at children.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Trade account applications: business name, trading name, business address, mailing address, telephone, email, contact name and role.
- Verification documents: business registration, resale or sales tax certificates, tobacco and other product licences, and photo identification where we are required to confirm identity or age.
- Order information: the products you buy, quantities, prices, delivery addresses and purchase history.
- Correspondence: messages you send us by email, through the Site, or by telephone.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed, time of visit and referring page.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 6.
Payment information
Where card or bank payment is offered, it is handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers or bank credentials on our own systems. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of a card, for reconciliation.
2. Why we use it
- To decide whether to approve a trade account, and to verify licences and age.
- To take, process, fulfil and invoice orders.
- To meet our own legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping and reporting requirements that apply to regulated products.
- To manage credit, collect payment and prevent fraud.
- To provide customer service and to respond to your enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To send service messages about your account and orders. Marketing messages are sent only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Carriers and logistics providers, so that goods can be delivered and age-verified on delivery where required.
- Payment processors and banks, to take payment and resolve disputes.
- Service providers who host the Site, provide email, or supply software we use to run the business. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Regulators and law enforcement, where we are required by law to report or disclose, including reporting obligations that apply to regulated product categories.
- A purchaser or successor, if the business or part of it is sold or reorganised.
4. Documents you upload
Licences, certificates and identification documents you submit are stored for account verification and regulatory record-keeping. They are not published, not listed in any public directory, and are not accessible through a public web address. Access is restricted to staff who need it to approve or review an account.
If you would like a document removed after your account is closed, contact us. We will remove it unless we are required to retain it by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by tax, commercial and product-specific regulation. Where a record must be retained for a fixed statutory period, we keep it for that period and then delete it. Correspondence not tied to a transaction is kept only as long as it is useful.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering the contents of your cart, and protecting forms against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Site.
Where we use analytics to understand how the Site is used, the data is aggregated and used to improve the Site, not to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, signing in and ordering will not work.
7. Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections. Access to account records and uploaded documents is limited to staff who need it, and each member of staff has their own login with permissions set to the areas of the business they work in. Backups are taken regularly and stored separately.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it;
- object to or restrict certain uses; and
- opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Residents of Virginia have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right.
Note that information held about a business, or about a person acting in a business capacity, may fall outside some of these laws.
9. Age of users
This Site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to manufacturer or third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Where a change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
