This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to every order placed by an approved trade account through vibezystore.com.
1. Who we ship to
We ship to approved business accounts only, at a verified commercial address on file. We do not ship to the general public, and we do not ship to PO boxes for any regulated product category.
Deliveries of age-restricted goods require an adult aged 21 or over to be present and to sign on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will not leave the shipment.
2. Order processing
Orders received on a business day before our daily cut-off are normally picked and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders received after the cut-off, at a weekend, or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
An order is not dispatched until payment has cleared or, where credit terms apply, until the account is within its terms and limit. Backordered lines are either held until the order is complete or shipped separately, as agreed with you.
3. Carriers and category restrictions
This section matters more in our industry than in most.
The major national parcel carriers no longer accept vaping and electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products in their networks. The United States Postal Service prohibits them except under narrow authorisations, and UPS, FedEx and DHL have each withdrawn from carrying them. Shipments of these products therefore move through licensed regional and private carriers that are equipped to carry them and to perform age verification at the door.
The practical consequences for you:
- Transit times for regulated categories are longer and less predictable than for ordinary parcels.
- Coverage is not nationwide. Some addresses cannot be served at all for some categories.
- Shipping cost is quoted per order and is not a flat rate.
- Non-regulated goods such as snacks, drinks and general store supply ship by ordinary carriers on normal timescales, and may arrive separately from regulated lines in the same order.
4. Jurisdiction limits
Federal, state, county and city law restricts or prohibits the sale, shipment and possession of several categories we carry, and those rules change often. We maintain internal controls on where each category may be shipped, and we may decline or cancel an order, or remove lines from it, where we cannot lawfully ship to your address.
This works both ways. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully receive, hold and resell a product where you operate, and for holding any licence required to do so. See our Age-Restricted Products Notice.
5. Regulatory obligations on shipment
Certain products are subject to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and to state equivalents, which impose registration, record-keeping, reporting and delivery-verification obligations on sellers and, in some cases, on buyers.
Where these apply, we comply with them, and we may be required to report shipment details to state authorities. By placing an order you acknowledge this and agree to give us any information we reasonably need in order to comply.
6. Shipping charges and taxes
Shipping is quoted at checkout or on your invoice and is charged at cost plus handling. Excise, tobacco and sales taxes are your responsibility unless a valid exemption certificate is on file with us. Any duty, regulatory fee or carrier surcharge applied to a shipment is passed through.
7. Checking your delivery
Check every shipment against the packing list before you sign, and note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier paperwork at the time of delivery. Signing a clear delivery receipt makes a later damage claim considerably harder to pursue.
Report shortages, damage or mis-shipped goods to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the carton, the packing material and the affected goods. Claims outside that window may be refused by the carrier and by us. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Lost shipments
If a tracked shipment has not arrived within five business days of its expected delivery date, tell us and we will open a trace with the carrier. Carrier investigations take time and we cannot replace or refund until the carrier has concluded that the shipment is lost.
9. Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery of the goods to the carrier, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Where we assist with a carrier claim, we do so as a courtesy and not as an admission of liability.
10. Refused and undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused, or cannot be delivered because no adult is available to sign, because the address is wrong, or because the consignee is not licensed to receive it, the shipment is returned to us. Outbound and return carriage, and a restocking charge, may be deducted from any refund. Regulated goods that have been returned to us may not be resaleable and may not be refundable.
11. International
We ship within the United States only. We do not export.
